Privacy Policy

Zen Puzzle is a puzzle game published by EagleTech. This policy explains what information is processed when you use the app, why it is processed, and the choices available to you.

Zen Puzzle does not create a separate EagleTech account and does not use an email/password sign-in. A platform game profile is required on first use. Returning players can continue with locally stored game data while the platform profile refreshes in the background.

On Android, the app signs in through Google Play Games Services. The service may provide a Play Games player identifier, display name, and profile image according to your Google Play Games settings. Portable game progress may be backed up using Play Games Saved Games.

On iOS, you may connect through Apple Game Center. Apple may provide the app with a Game Center player identifier, alias, and profile information according to your Apple settings. Portable game progress may be backed up using Game Center saved games stored in iCloud.

Google and Apple process the platform identity and cloud backup under their own account settings and privacy terms. Zen Puzzle does not upload this information to a separate EagleTech server.

Puzzle progress, eligible unfinished games, statistics, achievements, stars, jokers, streaks, solved-image history, preferences, and settings are stored locally first. Gameplay continues when the internet is unavailable. A pending backup is retried silently after connectivity returns.

After platform authentication, portable progress may be copied to the current Play Games account on Android or the current Game Center and iCloud account on iOS. This allows restoration on another device using the same platform account. Android and iOS backups are separate and do not transfer progress between platforms. Availability depends on the platform service, network, account, and cloud-storage settings, so a successful backup cannot be guaranteed at every moment.

Custom photos, unfinished games that depend on a custom photo, platform-identity cache data, and local notification-scheduling data are not included in the cloud progress backup.

Zen Puzzle uses Google AdMob through the Google Mobile Ads SDK to display banner, interstitial, and rewarded ads. Rewarded ads are optional and are shown only after you choose an advertised reward or continuation.

Google Mobile Ads may process IP address, device and advertising identifiers, app and ad interactions, and diagnostic information for advertising, analytics, and fraud prevention. An IP address may be used to estimate a device's general location. Google processes this information under its own privacy terms.

Through AdMob mediation, some ads may be served by Unity Ads (Unity Technologies). When Unity Ads serves an ad, it may process the same kinds of information for the same purposes under its own privacy policy, and only within the consent choices you made.

Where required, Google's User Messaging Platform asks for your advertising consent before ads are requested and provides an in-app privacy-options entry point. On iOS, the app may also request App Tracking Transparency permission. Refusing tracking does not prevent you from playing the game. EagleTech does not sell your personal information.

When you create a puzzle from your own photo, cropping and puzzle preparation take place on your device. The photo is not uploaded to an EagleTech server or included in the platform cloud progress backup. A completed image is added to your photo library only when you choose the save action.

Reminder notifications are scheduled locally on your device. Notification scheduling information is not sent to an EagleTech server. You can disable notifications in the app or in your device settings.

Local game data remains on your device until you clear the app's storage through device settings, where available, or uninstall the app. Removing local data does not necessarily delete a Play Games or iCloud cloud backup, and signing in again may restore eligible progress.

Platform profiles and cloud game data are managed through the Google or Apple account and storage controls. Zen Puzzle does not maintain a separate account, authentication record, or progress database on an EagleTech server and cannot directly access or delete data held in a player's platform account. Local and platform deletion choices are explained on our data deletion page.

Zen Puzzle is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can review and remove it where applicable.

Google and Apple may process platform profile and cloud game-backup information on servers located outside your country. If a future release enables another external provider, this policy will identify that provider before the release. These services apply safeguards described in their own privacy documentation.

We may update this policy when the app or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top of this page identifies the latest version.

Google ve Apple, platform kimliğini ve bulut yedeğini kendi hesap ayarları ve gizlilik koşulları kapsamında işler. Zen Puzzle bu bilgileri ayrı bir EagleTech sunucusuna yüklemez.

Bulmaca ilerlemesi, uygun yarım oyunlar, istatistikler, başarımlar, yıldızlar, jokerler, seriler, çözülen görsel geçmişi, tercihler ve ayarlar önce cihazınızda saklanır. İnternet olmadığında oyun devam eder; bekleyen yedek bağlantı geri geldiğinde sessizce yeniden denenir.

Platform girişi sonrasında taşınabilir ilerleme Android'de mevcut Play Games hesabına, iOS'ta mevcut Game Center ve iCloud hesabına kopyalanabilir. Böylece aynı platform hesabını kullanan başka bir cihazda ilerleme geri yüklenebilir. Android ve iOS yedekleri ayrıdır; platformlar arasında ilerleme aktarılmaz. Zen Puzzle; banner, geçiş ve ödüllü reklamlar göstermek için Google Mobile Ads SDK üzerinden Google AdMob kullanır. Ödüllü reklamlar isteğe bağlıdır ve yalnızca reklamlı bir ödülü veya devam seçeneğini seçtiğinizde gösterilir.

Kendi fotoğrafınızdan bulmaca oluşturduğunuzda kırpma ve bulmaca hazırlama işlemleri cihazınızda yapılır. Fotoğraf EagleTech sunucularına yüklenmez ve platform bulut ilerleme yedeğine dahil edilmez. Tamamlanan bir görsel yalnızca kaydetmeyi seçtiğinizde fotoğraf arşivinize eklenir.

Hatırlatıcı bildirimler cihazınızda yerel olarak planlanır. Bildirim planlama bilgileri EagleTech sunucularına gönderilmez. Bildirimleri uygulamadan veya cihaz ayarlarından kapatabilirsiniz.

Yerel oyun verileri, cihazınızın izin verdiği durumlarda uygulama depolaması temizlenene veya uygulama kaldırılana kadar cihazınızda kalır. Yerel verileri kaldırmak Play Games veya iCloud bulut yedeğini mutlaka silmez; yeniden giriş yapıldığında uygun ilerleme geri yüklenebilir.

Platform profilleri ve bulut oyun verileri Google veya Apple hesap ve depolama ayarlarından yönetilir. Zen Puzzle, EagleTech sunucusunda ayrı bir hesap, kimlik doğrulama kaydı veya ilerleme veritabanı tutmaz ve oyuncunun platform hesabındaki verilere doğrudan erişemez veya bunları doğrudan silemez. Yerel ve platform veri silme seçenekleri veri silme sayfamızda açıklanır.

Zen Puzzle 13 yaş altındaki çocuklara yönelik değildir. 13 yaş altı çocuklardan bilerek kişisel bilgi toplamayız. Bir çocuğun kişisel bilgi sağladığını düşünüyorsanız inceleyip uygun durumda kaldırabilmemiz için bizimle iletişime geçin.

Google ve Apple, platform profili ve bulut oyun yedeği bilgilerini ülkeniz dışındaki sunucularda işleyebilir. Gelecekteki bir sürümde başka bir dış sağlayıcı etkinleştirilirse bu politika sağlayıcıyı sürüm yayımlanmadan önce açıklayacaktır. Bu hizmetler kendi gizlilik belgelerinde açıklanan güvenlik önlemlerini uygular.

Uygulama veya yasal gereklilikler değiştiğinde bu politikayı güncelleyebiliriz. Sayfanın üstündeki yürürlük tarihi en güncel sürümü gösterir.
