Delete local game data

Open Zen Puzzle, go to Settings, and choose Reset progress. You can also remove all local data by uninstalling the app.

This removes puzzle progress, statistics, achievements, stars, jokers, streaks, settings, and unfinished games stored on that device.

Request Android authentication deletion

1. Email us from the Google account connected to Zen Puzzle when possible.
2. Use the subject “Zen Puzzle account deletion request.”
3. Include your in-app display name. Do not send passwords, financial information, or identity documents unless we specifically request a verification step.

We will use the provided information only to locate and remove the applicable authentication record and to respond to your request.

What is not deleted automatically

• Google or Apple account data managed outside Zen Puzzle remains subject to the platform provider's settings and policies.
• Advertising records retained by Google are governed by Google's retention and privacy policies.
• Data required for fraud prevention, legal compliance, or resolving an active request may be retained only as necessary.
