Delete local game progress and manage platform cloud backups, profiles, and advertising choices used with Zen Puzzle.
Delete local game data
On Android, open the device's app settings for Zen Puzzle and use the storage-clearing option, or uninstall the app. On iOS, choose Delete App. The iOS Offload App option may preserve local documents and should not be used when you want to remove all local game data.
This removes puzzle progress, statistics, achievements, stars, jokers, streaks, settings, and unfinished games stored on that device. It does not necessarily delete an existing Play Games or iCloud backup. Eligible progress may return if you sign in again with the same platform account.
Platform profile and cloud backup
Zen Puzzle does not create or store a separate EagleTech account. Android sign-in is managed by Google Play Games Services and iOS sign-in is managed by Apple Game Center. Portable progress may be stored in Play Games Saved Games on Android or Game Center saved games in iCloud on iOS. Android and iOS backups are separate.
Use the game-data and cloud-storage controls provided by your Google or Apple account to manage or delete the platform backup. Removing local Zen Puzzle data does not delete the underlying Google or Apple account. EagleTech cannot directly access or delete data held in your platform account.
Contact us
There is no separate Zen Puzzle server account or EagleTech-hosted progress database to delete. For questions about this policy or data handling, contact us without sending passwords, financial information, or identity documents.
Contact privacy support- Support correspondence may be retained only as needed to answer the request or meet legal obligations.
- Advertising consent can be reviewed from the ad privacy options shown in Zen Puzzle settings when required. Google manages data associated with AdMob under its own privacy controls.
