Include your device model, operating-system version, Zen Puzzle version, and the steps that caused the issue. A screenshot is useful when it does not contain private information. Never send passwords, verification codes, payment details, or identity documents.
Progress is saved locally first and portable progress may be backed up to Play Games on Android or Game Center and iCloud on iOS. Use the same platform account after reinstalling. A backup depends on platform and network availability and is not guaranteed at every moment.
Android uses Google Play Games and iOS uses Apple Game Center. Check the matching platform account in device settings if the displayed player profile or restored progress is incorrect.
Photo-library and notification access can be changed in device settings. Custom photos are prepared locally and are not uploaded to EagleTech.
